Group Programs

We offer a 2-week money-back guarantee on our group coaching programs. If within the first 14 days you feel the program is not a fit for you, contact us for a full refund - no questions asked.

After 14 days, all sales are final. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a program.

1:1 Coaching

All 1:1 coaching packages carry a first-session guarantee. If, after your first session, you feel the coaching is not right for you, email us within 7 days of that session and we will refund your purchase in full - no questions asked. This applies to single calls and to the 3-call and 12-call packages alike.

After that 7-day window has passed, 1:1 coaching packages are non-refundable, and we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused sessions. If you wish to cancel before your first session takes place, contact us at any time before that session for a full refund.

Digital Products and Standalone Trainings

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales of downloadable or instantly accessible products are final. No refunds are issued once access has been granted.

Cancellation of Individual Sessions

Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or not attended without prior notice, are forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Payment Plans

If you are on an instalment payment plan, the 14-day refund window applies from the date of your first payment only. Subsequent scheduled payments are not individually refundable once the window has closed. If you choose to discontinue a payment plan after the refund window, any remaining instalments are still owed in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period, email us at adam@adamrileyofficial.com with your full name, the program or product purchased, and your order details. We will respond within 2 business days and, if approved, process your refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to seek resolution, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide your purchase records, these Terms, and all communications to the relevant payment processor as evidence.
