By completing a purchase, booking a call, or accessing any program materials, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access our services.
We offer online coaching programs designed to help men develop authentic confidence, overcome social anxiety, and build meaningful connections in everyday life. Our programs are delivered digitally via video calls, recorded content, community platforms, and written materials. Current offerings include, but are not limited to:
Program specifics, including duration, session structure, and included materials, are described at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to modify program content, delivery format, or scheduling with reasonable notice.
All fees are stated in the currency shown at checkout and are due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount according to your selected payment schedule.
For instalment plans, missed payments may result in suspension of access to program materials until your account is current. Accounts more than 14 days past due may result in termination of enrolment without refund of amounts already paid.

We reserve the right to terminate your enrolment, without refund, for conduct that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise disruptive to the program or its community.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical care for any psychological, emotional, or medical condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or condition, please seek support from a qualified licensed professional.
Our programs address personal development, social confidence, and relating skills. They are not a substitute for professional mental health services.
Individual results vary based on effort, personal circumstances, and other factors outside our control. Testimonials and case studies in our marketing represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome. Your results depend primarily on your own commitment, application, and circumstances.
All program content - including frameworks, methodologies, videos, written materials, worksheets, and recordings - is the proprietary intellectual property of Aligned AF LLC. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for your own individual development during your enrolment.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, teach, or publicly share any program content in any format without prior written permission.
What is shared in group sessions is confidential to that group. You agree not to disclose the personal information or stories of other participants outside of the program. We apply the same standard to information you share with us in 1:1 sessions, which we will not disclose to third parties except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aligned AF LLC and its coaches, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aligned AF LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
